1. General Provisions

 

These general terms and conditions govern the operation of the luneel.eu online store and the rights and obligations of users and the provider when purchasing products, services, and training online.

The online store is managed by:

By using the online store, the user confirms that they are familiar with the terms and conditions, understand them, and fully accept them.

 

2. Website Use

The luneel.eu website is intended for the presentation and review of products, services, and training offered by PRODAJA KOZMETIČNIH IZDELKOV, LUNEEL, SENAID KLIČIĆ S.P. The user (visitor) uses it at their own risk and undertakes to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of other users or disrupt the proper functioning of the site.

Even if a visitor does not make a purchase, by using this website, they confirm that they are familiar with these general terms and conditions and will abide by them. The provider is not responsible for any damage, inconvenience, or loss of data resulting from the use of the website or the inability to use it.

The user is obliged to protect the data they use to log into the online store (if they register) and to adequately protect their computer equipment from misuse. Any action that could harm the website or the provider (e.g., unauthorized access, data misuse, spreading malicious software) is prohibited and may lead to access revocation and appropriate legal action.

3. Purchase and Payment

The user can make a purchase as a guest or as a registered user. Upon placing an order, they must explicitly confirm their agreement with the terms and conditions.

  • Bank transfer based on proforma invoice
  • Card payment
  • PayPal
  • Cash on delivery

For unclaimed shipments with cash on delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of EUR 10.00 (Article 239).


4. Prices and Ownership

All prices are in EUR and do not include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.


Products remain the property of PRODAJA KOZMETIČNIH IZDELKOV, LUNEEL, SENAID KLIČIĆ S.P. until full payment of the entire purchase price.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by a contractual partner. Delivery costs are displayed at the end of the order process.


Currently, we only offer delivery within the Republic of Slovenia. For orders with delivery outside Slovenia, please contact us beforehand at info@luneel.eu.


Returns are only possible with prior notification. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may notify the company of their withdrawal from the contract within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.


Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for:


  • opened cosmetic products,
  • custom-made products,
  • digital content where the service has already been enabled.

7. Warranty and Material Defects

Natural persons can claim a material defect within 2 years of receiving the goods. If the product has a warranty, the manufacturer's warranty conditions apply.


Legal entities claim material defects and warranty only within the provisions of the Obligations Code and individual agreements between the parties.


8. Service

Postage for sending to and from the service address is the responsibility of the customer.


We are not responsible for damage incurred during transport. We advise using appropriate protective packaging and traceable delivery services.

 

9. Training

Training sessions are held live and/or online. The provider reserves the right to change the announced date or form of training delivery, of which participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the planned start.


Cancellation of participation by the participant is possible, but the advance payment for seat reservation is not refundable under any circumstances.


Access to online educational content is individual and non-transferable to other persons.

 

10. Personal Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR and ZVOP-2). When subscribing to e-newsletters, we record the time of subscription, IP address, and user's email address.


Collected personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, fulfilling contractual obligations, and for communication with the user (e.g., informing about order status and news to which the user has subscribed).

 

11. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for interruptions in website access, delivery delays, or damage resulting from improper use of products.


Product images on the website are symbolic.


Discounts and promotional codes are not cumulative unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each individual discount is valid until the specified date or until stocks run out, whichever comes first.

 

12. Product Exchanges

Product exchange is possible within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.


13. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen events or circumstances that could not have been anticipated, prevented, or avoided (e.g., natural disasters, wars, epidemics, strikes, power outages), and which prevent or significantly hinder the fulfillment of contractual obligations, neither party shall be liable for delays or non-fulfillment of its obligations. The party invoking force majeure must immediately inform the other party and do everything in its power to mitigate the consequences of such events.

 

 


14. Copyright

 

Content published on the luneel.eu website, including texts, images, graphic elements, logos, and other material, is protected by copyright and is the property of PRODAJA KOZMETIČNIH IZDELKOV, LUNEEL, SENAID KLIČIĆ S.P. or its partners. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content without prior written permission from the company is prohibited.


 

 

15. User Responsibility

The user is obliged to use purchased products and services in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer or service/training provider. The company does not assume responsibility for damage caused by improper or unauthorized use of products or services by the user.

 

16. Dispute Resolution

The company will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable agreement is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.


The company does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer might initiate in accordance with the law.

 

17. Final Provisions

 

These general terms and conditions are valid from the date of publication. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
